Instructions:
Sitting up straight and/or standing:
Touch your head on “Alive”
Touch your shoulders on “Awake”
Touch your knees (on your hips) on “Alert”
Pump your left arm “Enthus,” then pump your right arm on “iastic”
Repeat the entire sequence but faster.
Repeat the entire sequence but Faster.
Repeat the entire sequence but FASTER.
