Alive, Awake, Alert, Enthusiastic 

Instructions:

Sitting up straight and/or standing: 

  • Touch your head on “Alive”

  • Touch your shoulders on “Awake”

  • Touch your knees (on your hips) on “Alert”

  • Pump your left arm “Enthus,” then pump your right arm on “iastic”

  • Repeat the entire sequence but faster. 

  • Repeat the entire sequence but Faster. 

  • Repeat the entire sequence but FASTER.
